This page explains the information handled by Arthroscopy Courses when you save courses, submit a listing, join the educator network, or request course updates.

Declining optional analytics does not prevent search, saving courses or form submissions. Analytics data may be processed by Google under its own policies.
We count official-link clicks and successful form submissions by day and, for course clicks, course identifier. These counters do not store names, email addresses, IP addresses or a visitor identifier. Hosting providers may separately retain operational logs. Counts can include repeat or automated activity and are not a measure of confirmed registrations.
The site stores the professional details entered into its forms: email address, name when requested, institution, joint preference, official course URL, consent timestamp, and the type and date of the request. Promotion enquiries also include the requested package and message.
Submitted details are used to review course listings, respond to educator-network interest, manage requested course alerts, review commercial enquiries and agreed promotions, maintain submission records, and protect the forms from abuse.
Do not send patient names, medical records, case images, health information, confidential hospital material, passwords, payment-card data, or other sensitive clinical information.
Form submissions are stored in the site’s managed database. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver, monitor, and protect the service.
Arthroscopy Courses does not sell course places and does not receive registration payments. Following an official link takes you to the organiser’s service, whose own privacy and commercial terms apply.
Course alerts are optional. Saved courses stay in this browser unless you create and share a shortlist link. You can clear saved courses from the shortlist at any time.
The shortlist uses this browser’s local storage. It is not attached to a public profile. A shareable URL contains only course identifiers—not your name, email, or notes.
