Every listing needs an organiser-owned source or an authoritative professional-society listing. Payment does not purchase verification, a clinical recommendation or accreditation. Basic submissions remain free.
Visible labels
Paid placements appear in separate sections labelled “Sponsored”. They do not silently replace the normal date-based results. Links in sponsored placements are marked with the sponsored link relationship.
Review and duration
The owner reviews the source, course identity and agreed scope before approving a request. A campaign is activated only after separate editorial and commercial confirmation. Future campaigns appear at their start time and stop displaying at their end time. Listings may be paused if information is unreliable.
Measurement
The site records aggregate official-link clicks and saved enquiries. These counts are directional website interactions, not verified unique people or course registrations. No traffic, leads, revenue or search ranking is guaranteed.
